Best training advice:

Table training is the only training

Arm wrestlers that inspire you

There are a lot of them, but my favourite is definitely John Brzenk and all of the armwrestlers who lose every match but still keep coming back.

What changes would you like to see in this sport?

Definitely Olympics and would like if teams can go overseas with sponsors. Would also like to see our Pro side in South Africa grow like WWF overseas.

Pull Charity Events to raise funds for children with special needs and the underprivileged.

In 2011 we raised R15,000 for Pathways Naboom, after I pulled over 200 member of the public at the Windpompfees in Naboomspruit.
